The Art of the Renaissance Festival

I just can't resist: every year I go to the Ohio Renaissance Festival
in Harveysburg, Ohio. I do not dress up, and I do not even spend that
much money. But it is worth the admission price to see all of
beautifully crafted jewelry, woodwork, leatherwork, and costumes!

Of course the atmosphere of it all enhances the experience even more. I cannot help but admire all the actors who don leggings and ridiculously extravagant dresses in the summer heat and still engage in cheery conversation with you, speaking with an English accent of course! So grab a turkey leg, get dirty at the Mud Show, and have a merry time at the Ohio Renaissance Festival!

I used to love the place, but now that I know what the owner has been up to I refuse to attend. Between not paying minimum wage to property taxes that aren't paid to the schools, I just can't enjoy it anymore. Check out http://orfprotest.com to see what I mean.
